Lord Elgin 50 Millionth Watch

I finally was able to acquire the 18K Lord Elgin 50 Millionth watch. It was created by Elgin to celebrate reaching the production of over 50 million watches. This is number 960 of 1000 created in 1950. It came originally with a platinum case and an ebony inner box. Unfortunately I have neither, but I’m just happy to be able to add the watch to my collection.
