Lord Elgin Anthony

First,  I want to thank my fellow watch collector for going above and beyond in helping me restore this watch.  Carl, thank you for helping an internet stranger!

I don’t have an ad for this yet, but it is the Lord Elgin Anthony, which was part of the Horizon Look Line of watches from Elgin in the late 1950’s.  The design was characterized by a bezel to bezel crystal.

It uses case 7690, which is 14k gold filled.

The movement is the 23 jewel, 750 manual wind mechanism.

The dial, if you look closely, is actually brushed with concentric circles.
