Lord Elgin with Diamond Markers

Well, probably crystal, but let me make believe for a moment.  I already have this watch with the silver sunray dial.  I saw this on eBay the other day and it looked dirty and got it for $28.

It cleaned up nicely.  I took Brasso to the hour markers and got them to shine.

I gently wiped the dial of years of dirt.  At arms length it looks great, but it has a bit of wear if you look too closely.

The case is stainless steel and it runs the manual winding, 23 jewel 730 movement.  It is case number  9588.
