Mid 1950s Elgin Sherwood

Just finished fitting a new glass crystal and cleaning up and polishing what was in essence a very clean watch to begin with.  Thanks to Veritas123 from Vintagewatchforums.com for finding my the correct crystal.

The watch is in great shape.  It is 10K gold plated with a stainless steel back.  It came with the original JB Champion bracelet which you can see in the attached ad.

It runs a 683 manual wind movement.  It has 17 jewels and was originally adjusted at the factory.

The case number is 6739.
