Elgin Bumper, Near Mint

All I can say is wow! Also I just noticed that strap reads Elgin, as well as the buckle.  Additionally, Diveboy, at Vintage Watch Forums translated part of the sticker on the back.  The 6801A is the case number.  87.50 is the price, and 18j =18 jewels.  10K F refers to the 10K gold filled case.  Here’s what he found out about the rest of the sticker:

Office of Price Stabilization, Section 43, Ceiling Price Regulation 7.
This gives a specific regulation, or schedule, covering the price controls on a given item that were in effect during the Korean War.
