Lord Elgin 1956 Direct Read

I finally won a Direct Read on eBay within my budget.  To my surprise, that case isn’t brassed and just has a few scratches here and there.

It used the 21 jewel 719 movement, has a 14K gold filled case, and has an inscription dating it to 1956.
