It came with its original inner and outer box, including the name tag.  The case is 14K gold filled and it uses the case number 4825A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The movement is the 21 jewel, 680 calibre, adjusted to 4 positions from the factory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
