case is 10k gold filled, number 6822.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dial is black, with a checkerboard pattern. &nbsp;It looks like new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The watch uses the 17, Swiss designed 645 automatic movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, this is an immaculate square cased Swiss based Elgin that looks more expensive than its product place in the 1950s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diveboy informs me the name is the Lancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s the Lancer featured as part of the Elgin hour, as part of the Town and Country line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls
